To take advantage of the Le Treiz rewards program, you must create a customer account on our site and you will be directly admitted to the rewards program.

Rewards points (Thirteenth Points) are calculated automatically when shopping with your account in our online or physical store.

Points accumulate when the order is considered "Paid".

Points are restored to your account when the order is canceled and refunded.

To view your cumulative number of Thirteenth Points, go to our website and log in to your account. Next, click on the "Rewards" tab at the bottom right. A window will open and you will find this information at the top of it.

Note:
If you make a purchase as a "visitor" profile without logging into your account, there will be no accumulation of Thirteenth Points in your account.

• Click on the "Rewards" tab at the bottom right of our website.

• At the top of the tab, the number of rewards oints accumulated is indicated.

• Go to the "How to redeem points" section.

• Click the "Redeem" option.

• Drag the slider (in increments of 33 points) to determine the number of points you want to use. The corresponding amount will also be displayed.

• Validate by clicking on the "Redeem" button.

• Following validation, copy the one-time use code which will be displayed.

• Then paste it into the "discount code" space provided in the "Payment" page.

• On the "Payment" page, it is only possible to use on "discount code" at a time.

• The amount deducted will only apply to the subtotal amount indicated. (Before taxes, delivery charges and excluding applicable discounts)

> 33 rewards points = $1 CAD

• You do not have to use all your points at once.

• If you do not use the code that you have created, it will remain available for later use and will be viewable in the "Rewards" tab.

Thirteenth Points do not have an expiration date. So you can use them whenever you want.

Thirteenth Points are not refundable directly in cash, only exchangeable when making a purchase in our online or physical store.
