Items purchased at regular price may be issued a credit within 30 days of purchase or receipt, if returned in original condition. Exchanges are only possible for items with a manufacturing defect or original damage. Only defective products are eligible for a refund. Sale items and certain products such as “non-standard” balls and personalized items are not returnable. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
