IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ORDER DELIVERY :
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To check the delivery status, go to the Canada Post website and enter your tracking number.
For any questions regarding the status of your order, please review your tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation you received by email, or contact our customer service team for assistance at info@letreiz.com.
1. Parcel collection available for local orders (pick-up)
We offer you the opportunity to collect your order free of charge at our service point located near the Olympic Stadium (Hochelaga district, Montreal) :

Pickup Procedure
1. When ordering, select the “Collect” option in the delivery choices
2. Your order will be prepared within one business day
3. As soon as your order is ready, our team will contact you to :
• Confirm the availability of your order
• Schedule a convenient time for pickup
Documents required for pickup
Please introduce yourself with :
• A valid ID with photo
• Your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

• The required documents are mandatory to collect your order
• If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance
2. Shipping Cost Estimates
Delivery costs will be calculated automatically when paying for your order. They are determined based on the weight, volume of the package and the delivery address.
3. Ordering with an oversized item
Due to the dimensions of certain items (ex : Rigid Circle), they may be shipped separately from other items in your order. We will send you an updated shipping cost before your payment is processed for your confirmation.

4. Order with weight over 30 kg
In accordance with shipping company policies, the maximum weight for an order is 30 kg (equivalent to 12 sets of 3 boules). If you are a club wishing to place an order over 30kg, please contact us at the following address : info@letreiz.com.
5. Commandes internationales
For international online shipping, please be sure to include a phone number and email address. All international orders are subject to customs, taxes and fees imposed by the country of delivery.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Le Treiz Pétanque encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the goods will be returned to Le Treiz Pétanque at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, less the return shipping costs. The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.
6. Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen.
Please note that packages are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Packages are typically delivered between 8am and 5pm local time.
For orders with different billing and shipping addresses, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the order, which may delay the shipment of your product.
The estimated delivery time is displayed when selecting the delivery type, when you are at the payment stage.
Please also note that express delivery only speeds up the delivery of the package and in no way affects the availability of a triplet or a product that is not in stock.

7. Delivery times (Products not available or personalized)
At Le Treiz Pétanque, we attach great importance to customer satisfaction and we strive to process each order with the greatest efficiency. For unavailable or customized products, here are important points to consider :
• All orders are sent to our suppliers upon receipt.
• We do everything we can to ensure the shortest possible deadlines.
• Certain external factors may influence delivery times :
- Availability of products from our suppliers
- Public holidays (particularly in France)
- Carrier delays
Important note :
Le Treiz Pétanque cannot be held responsible in the event of a delay compared to average shipping times. However, we undertake to inform you in the event that the expected deadlines are significantly exceeded.

8. Delivery area
We ship our products both locally and internationally. Our delivery service covers the entire Canadian territory as well as many destinations around the world.
However, please note that due to VAT legislation implemented by the British government since January 1, 2021 (Brexit) , unfortunately we are unable to ship goods from Canada to the UK. We apologize for any inconvenience this restriction may cause.
9. Delivery method
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on what best suits your needs.
We will inform you of the courier company handling your delivery in your shipping confirmation email. If you are unavailable during delivery, you will receive a notice telling you the address of the distribution center where to collect your package.
For your security, please bring a photo ID when picking up your package. your package.
10. Packages damaged in transit
If you receive a damaged package, please follow the following procedure :
1. Examine the condition of the package in the presence of the carrier
2. If you notice any visible damage, we recommend that you :
- Refuse package delivery
- Note the damage on the delivery note
- Take photos if possible
